Can't hold a charge to save it's life

I'm currently on my second trimmer as the first was replaced when it stopped charging all together after about 9 months. I've had this replaced version for about 6 months or so. It's suspiciously "charges" too quickly which come to find out is barely at all, because the charge lasts about a minute. I don't have time for this crap. The 2 stars are for the 1 minute that it does work, it does a somewhat decent job but still manages to yank out my pubes.

Works well, the angle this is set up at is well suited to its purpose

Better than the usual trimmer heads with the traditional angle.

Works best with no guards, with the guards it doesn't trim all that well. Doesn't seem like this would ever cut you, so that's good at least.
